Cordon Bleu: Chicken breast stuffed with country-cured ham, aged Swiss cheese and finished with an ivory sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast: Chicken breast stuffed with your choice of bread filling or apricot-pecan filling.

Chicken Elegante: Boneless breast of chicken sauteed in a Mushroom Veloute Sauce with fine herbs and finished in a sour cream sauce.

Fried Chicken: Bay City's own! Half of a chicken dipped in our own Bay City batter and fried to a crisp, golden brown.
