Cordon Bleu: Chicken breast stuffed with country-cured ham, aged Swiss cheese, and finished with an ivory sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast: Chicken breast stuffed with your choice of bread filling or apricot-pecan filling.

Chicken Elegante’: Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a Mushroom veloute’ sauce with fine herbs and finished with a fine herb cream sauce.

Fried Chicken: Bay City’s own! Half of a chicken dipped in our own Bay City batter and fried to a crisp, golden brown.

Chicken Polynesian: Grilled marinated chicken breast with sliced pineapple a tangy Caribbean citrus glaze, toasted cashews and coconut.

Chicken Parmesan: Sautéed chicken tenderloins topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Lemon and Herb Roasted Chicken: Grilled marinated chicken quarters with a hint of lemon and fine herbs. Simple and delicious!

Chicken Chesapeake: Tender chicken breast sautéed with fresh lump crabmeat and topped with a delicious mornay sauce.

Chicken Oscar: Franchised chicken breast topped with buttered asparagus, lump crab meat and hollandaise sauce.

Spaghetti with meat sauce: An old family recipe – thick, zesty and perfectly spiced. Vegetable Lasagna with white or red sauce. Traditional Homemade meat Lasagna

Fettuccini Alfredo: Rich Garlic cream sauce served with fettuccine pasta

Pasta Prima Vera: Spring garden vegetables tossed in a classic Alfredo sauce.

Spaghetti Pomadora: Garlic, basil and plum tomatoes sautéed in an extra-virgin olive oil.

Fettuccini Arrabbiata: a classic marinara sauce spiced with crushed chili peppers and blended with hot Italian sausage.

Seafood Duo: Freshly baked Atlantic salmon and Icelandic haddock drizzled with a lemon dill cream sauce.

Seafood Lasagna: Shrimp, scallops, and crab layered with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, topped with marinara sauce and baked home-style
